My two accounts were suspended. Right after i asked for one account to be cancelled. Why is that?

Surpass Is Unacceptable
I used to love Surpass and had no issues. Earlier this week they suspended my accounts, leaving me in the DUST. No prior emails giving warning to suspend.
My site has been down for days, and I'm losing thousands a day (Literly). You can not GET anyone to listen or respond within a reasonable amount of time. I EVEN have paid money and it has been 12 hours and STILL my account is suspended. This is UNACCEPTABLE. Be warned. To run a web critical site, and have it suspended like this with no warning is bad, Very bad. After this I will be looking else where so if at least a problem comes up, I'll have a LIVE person to get this taken care of.. NOT bounce emails around for THREE days and get NOWHERE!!!
