account suspended (can kayla help?)

My account has been suspended. Can you please check on this and tell me why?

any thoughts on why your site was suspended? did you have insecure scripts running on your server? Which server are you on, and what is your ticket number - both of those pieces of information would be needed if you're going to get help from an admin reading the forums...

I submitted a ticket id: OCZ-933659.

I use xoops to run most of my sites. I use 5 to 6 xoops modules and no script as such. So no idea why it is suspended.

if your XOOPS is up to date, and the modules are too, it's not likely that it was because your site was hacked...
Possible that your site got too busy and abused the server's resources...

maybe. if they can tell me which script is overloading then possibly I can disable it. I just got a reply from them that they are forwarding my info to the suspended accounts section to look into it.

ya they informed me of the script which was doing it and I removed it. Probably will get reinstated in a short while. Thanks for your help.
