SH60 still having problems?

Is anybody else on SH60 still having problems? I'm still having connection problems and MySQL errors. I can only assume that there's still problems with the server load, which was supposedly fixed. It's only sporadic, but it's enough to be annoying.

I have submitted a ticket, but everytime I do, the site seems to be working fine again by the time they get to it, and nobody cares enough to look further into it.

I'm having the exact same problems.
My site is either loading extremely slow or not loading at all. When it "semi-loads", I get a huge amount of MySQL errors, I assume you do as well. I will send another support ticket in.

yes, i still get it. its very annoying. I dont know why, but its just been going on for the past 2-3 months or so. Never seen it before either. It has gotten better since that one issue, but has still persisted.

You you notice this any particular day of the week more or time of the day more? Sounds allot like a mystery issue I have with my VPS.

Surprise surprise, more slowness right now. I'm at the eternal "waiting for blah.org" right now, but God knows what it'll be in a few minutes.

I have noticed it as well. The last two days it was almost identical. Down at 9:57AM GMT time, up at 10:44 GMT.

Seldom longer than 30 minutes. If I submit a ticket then Support is very fast resolving the issue. Not sure whether by restarting the box or killing any abusive processes.

I think the best way would be to keep submitting tickets when we notice the server is slow or down and eventually it will become a priority.
