sites down

2 of my websites on different servers (66.7.194.224 & 72.29.81.201) are not available and ping result "request time out". I also cannot log in to my.surpass located at https://client.surpasshosting.com/billing/index.php

what could be the problem?

Are they up now, I can ping 66.7.194.224 as well as visit the billing link.

I closed the duplicate thread you made.

I can ping both of those IP's you listed. I know where were networking issues with level3 last night, so it may have been the problem you had.

The first IP still cannot resolve, the second yes, after submitting a ticket through the direct support ticket system.

I also still cannot login to my.surpass to create a support ticket for the other site on server 66.7.194.224

You don't have to log in. Just go to the help desk page and submit a ticket with your information to support.
