unable to submit support center ticket

I need to cancel my account and received information from surpass saying that I needed to submit a ticket in the support center to do so.

However, I've tried all 3 of the email addresses I use in the login area and I keep getting the "invalid username or password."

So when I click the "lost password" button and try entering the only 3 email addresses I have and use, I get a message saying "ERROR: Invalid Email Address Specified. This Email Address is not Registered."

I'm getting really frustrated because I have been wanting to cancel my account for a long time now but don't know of any other way of contacting anyone who could help me with this.

Please help! Thank you in advance!!

I figured it out - thanks thought!

Just open a new ticket. You don't have to log in. And that would be to the Accounting division.

Just in case anybody stumbles upon this, you can always submit a ticket without logging in, or create a new help desk account. The easiest way to cancel is to fill out the cancellation form found here: https://www.surpasshosting.com/cancel.php
