Downtime!
My site keeps going down today, and am losing a lot of new traffic as a result (just started new advertising today).
I got told there were issues with Apache, and now more downtime! Does it ever end? (Domain is lapsaj.com) |

When was this account set up?
I'm seeing it on a non-surpass server with 1and1? If new withing the last 48 hours you may being going through propagation issues.

Next time you see a issue do a tracert and see if it is the server or another latency issue in the routing.
I'm not sure what kind of impact the DNS forwarding like that may do. But of course if those name servers your forwarding to the Surpass IP is down you'll need to contact that servers owner about it. Surpass can not do much there. Just like some folks do the same with Yahoo. If Yahoo goes down so will that forwarded link. Even though the IP is still accessible.
