Extra Addon domains for old users

Hello!

I have noticed that surpasshosting have upgraded shared hosting from 1 addon domain to 10 per account since this spring. Now, I registred before this change was made, but I still pay the same annual price, yet I only have 1 addon domain. To attain these 10 adon domains, do I need to cancel my current service, then re-sign up?

In that case, it feels kinda of redicilous. Anyone know how to fix this? I mean, I still pay the same fee as the new users, isn't it fair to get the same service?
Maybe it's just as simple to upgrade from my current service, to the same service I am using, and this will be taken as a new sign-up and I will get those extra addons?

Anyone know how to get passed having to cancel and re-sign up?

Thanks!

You can have support upgrade your account to include the 10 addon domains. Just file a ticket at the help desk.

Ok, thankyou so much for the help. (been surfing around this forum all day.)

I will probably wait for a while though, because I recently had a ticket sent off about an un-delivered transaction.

Again, thanks a lot!
