Shared Hosting Promotion - November 2006
I signed up for a hosting plan early this morning. That would make it November, and time for the double space, double bandwidth promotion. My problem is that currently, my account says that my service is prorated for this month, and although I signed up using an annual plan, it says that I've only paid for this month. I tried to log into "my.surpass", but that's coming up with a ton of different errors. How can I get this fixed?
