Really wish you would have replied so we could have solved the issue.

It will just repeat itself on the server you've moved it to.

well not really... i had my site with this other host.. for about 4 years and never got suspended... even on bigger soccer games than sundays one. the only reason y move to supass was for the 5 gb space.. thats was it.

but now seems space is not important anymore.... but rock solid server.. wich dont cry when a site get medium popular.

seem to me.. no one here can have their minute of fame on the net. because POOFF!!! you are suspended!!!

and they will tell you... hooooooooo you need to buy a VPS o bigger plan to host your site... wich is not true.

really dissapointed..

BTW i never got your e-mails... either , not even delay . nothing, nada...

Surpass servers are dual xeons (and I think even now they're using dual opterons). They don't "cry" when they get a "medium popular" site on them. Sites are only suspended for resource abuse when they start affecting the quality of hosting for other sites on that server. They can't continue to leave a site that is slowing down the whole server. Websites do grow out of shared hosting all of the time, and you're is probably at that point from what Kayla has shown.

Thumbs down

maybe you are right...

but still think , if a site get popular dont SLAP the owner of that account with the ACCOUNT SUSPENDED PAGE

do something else.. like disabling index.php ( like kaila did after i request to unsuspended)

is better to show error 404 than account suspended, spcially if tell the owner to contact billing. it make look the owner like we are criminal o we dont pay our bills

in my case i use xoops cms.. if i only got kaila e-mail, i will be closed the site for a few minutes and the site wont be suspended. but the thing is that i never got her e-mail warning me

Unfortunately this is how shared hosting works. If they don't suspend your site, hundreds of other customers will suffer. How would you have handled this?

BTW, lots of exclamation marks and ALL CAPS don't usually help get your point across.

zeroram, you said you had the site at another host and it never got suspended. Didn't your site just get medium popular, I don't think we know what kind of reaction the other server would have had to that.
