I went on my site today and show is suspended... without any e-mail notice to me..

my site is a soccer site, nothing ilegal with that...

CAN SOMEONE give me an explanation what the hell happend ???

Your site caused server SH98 to crash earlier.

It was using 43% server memory and the limit for any site on a shared machine is 10%, but 95/100 sites never reach that point.

Was your site recently linked on a portal or some other site?

this site have been here for a while now.. i always have the same traffic. and never happend anything like this.

do you at least know the cause why it crash??

BTW can you please USUSPENDED so i can backup my site so can move it somewhere else...

is really ashame to have that ACCOUNT SUSPENDED PAGE specially when our site is a distigueshed Soccer site for our country.

Surpass doesn't descriminate sites. If a site breaks the rules... no matter what type of site it is or whatever it premotes, it needs to be suspended so that it doesn't affect the services of the other clients on the server.

Someone could have exploited a script of your site, you could have recieved tons of traffic from somewhere... too many MySQL connections etc.... You'll find out when they know but all they know is that your site was using 43% of the CPU and was putting everyone on the server at risk.

Hmm, it's not impossible - sites are suspended for very good reasons - to prevent servers from crashing, or after a crash.. unfortunately.

This started on 11/3.

On 11/3 your site was using 7% memory, which is climbing up to the limit.

On 11/4, it went up to 12% but nothing happened that we noticed or that any clients noticed.

Today 11/5 - 41% memory - that's really bad.



I was going to unsuspend your site very soon, we needed to talk about it first so we could find the problem. This doesn't mean the site is suspended permanently. It's a precautionary measure.

So, your site has not been linked anywhere? And you have the same traffic the past few days as always? Have you recently added a new script/plugin or anything of that sort?

(I just unsuspended the site but disabled index.php so that it does not show suspended, and only an error message - and so that it cannot be accessed right now)

Rather than responding you moved the site to another host since I unsuspended it.

Really wish you would have replied so we could have solved the issue.

It will just repeat itself on the server you've moved it to.

I better hope my distiguished web site for my cat in my country doesn't get suspended. Wouldn't want to give those dog web sites something to gossip about.
