Web space capped ?

Hi, I signed up to the surpasshosting power plan some time ago (USD65 per year). On Surpasshosting website, it says over there Power Plan = 5 gb space. However, that's not the case with my account. Our web space is capped at 3gb. Now, we're no longer able to upload stuff onto the site.

Can anybody help me to fix this? I already sent a support ticket but didnt get any responses.
