Error problem

some members of my site can't access it but some can they get this message screen

I see your site currently. Have you recently changed your nameservers? It can take up to 72 hours in some places for the nameserver updates to propagate, which would cause some people to see it on the old server, and some on the new

You can have him try to help the process along, restarting his router, or running ipconfig /flushdns in the command prompt may help speed it up.
