Is there a way I can log in to the help desk to see open tickets I have? I try to log in and it fails. I try to enter my email address so it can send me my pass word and it says that that email address is not registered.
I made a total bone head move. I submitted a ticket and then when they replied to me I accidentally hit the delete button instead of open and deleted it before I even read it ![]() Total bonehead move on my part but I don't know how to see it without submitting a new ticket and looking like a total idiot. OK, more than I already look ![]() |

When you submit a ticket it usually gives you a password... I believe if you go to register though, you should be able to see any tickets you have submitted so far.

I submitted a second ticket telling them about my hammer head move and luckily the same guy was able to send it to me again. He was understanding.
![]() But as far as logging in and checking on my tickets ... I can't. If I try to register it tells me that that email address is already registered. SO then I try to enter that email address in the "I forgot my password" section so it will email me my password, but it tells me that that email address is NOT registered. So I am caught in a catch 22 here. I can't register because it says I am already registered but I can log in because it says that email address is not yet registered. Very odd. I can reply to the ticket only in email that they send me. But I am unable to log in to the support desk to see my tickets. Any one have any ideas on how I can log in to support? |

Just for the heck of it.. I told it I forgot my password and used my email address.. and it worked and I got my password. Almost seems like some databases aren't in sync or something... you might reply in email to the ticket you have and tell them what's going on with that.

That's a good idea. I never thought to create a ticket to tell them that I can't access my tickets. I will do that.
Unrelated: They fixed the original ticket that I submitted. These guys are good ! ![]() |

Sentinel, I apologize that something wonky is going on here (wonky came to mind first.. not sure why). I am sure this will be resolved soon. We love our help desk, but sometimes it doesn't return the love.

Hehe. Luckily a user can still submit a ticket without having to be logged in. A very helpful feature.
I did submit a ticket to support to see if they could hook me up so I can log in. Not a big deal but it would be nice to be able to log in to the help desk. |
