My site is down, like most of the time...

I don´t know what is happening with Surpass, I used to recommend it to all my clients, but I´m beggining to think it was a big mistake. This is the site of one of clients: www.summaconsultores.co.cr , right now as I post this thread, the site is down and of course, they´re not happy, I cant access to the cpanel or webmail. I already send a ticket but no response. I need more action and less waiting.

I know Surpass has thousands of customers, but that is not of my concern, I´m sure I´m not the only one, there must be also thousands with this kind of problems (I´m not going to talk e-mail, that is for another subject).

My point is not to bash Surpass and send them to hell, no, that is not the idea and solution, but to let them know that a lot of people are not happy.

Thanks,

Daniel

Hey man. I had that problem the 1st 3 days I let people access my site. It would shut down for like an hr a day. But I haven't had any problems since then. And these guys customer support is superb. When I go to the support desk, I get a response within 30 minutes and if there was a problem, on my behalf or their, it is fixed. Great team at surpass.
