We never hold files away from the customer. Suspension is temporary, it isn't permanent.

If you cannot upgrade or resolve the issue with your site to remain on shared, then we provide you access to the account or make backups for you.

Yes it's been suspended for a while now. It's always being forwarded and I get no response after that.
