Thumbs down ACCOUNT SUSPENDED [UNHAPPY CUSTOMER]

My account has been suspended just after moving here because of too many sql queries causing trouble for the server.
I have been asked to reduce the amount of sql queries on my homepage.
How am i expected to do this with NO access to the site or the server/FTP?????
I have emailed support and added tickets (and so have my partners) and we have had NO reply within the last 12 hours.
Is there no compromise? or have we just signed up and wasted time and money on this service?
We cannot even backu pour website to move elsewhere and have now lost ALOT of custom and money due to the business being offline all day.
Also the suspended page embarreses us to our customers who will now presume we cannot keep up bill payments with the suspended page asking us to contact billing.
All we need is or site back up for 30 mins or so, so that we can reduce the scripts (takes 5 mins) and some kind of support!!!

I've also had my account suspended and tried desperately to get FTP access. I know for a fact that I have lost alot of potential money from being offline and it's very frustrating to not get a reply back.

yukoogura: Please submit a ticket in the helpdesk if you have not already.

Everyone: You are susceptible to suspension in the shared environment. We are VERY liberal and generous in terms of mysql connections and outgoing mails, but if you are putting any sort of risk to other clients on the server your account may be suspended.

Someone from our abuse and security team will be contacting you ASAP. The excessive amount of traffic you were receiving is determental to the wellbeing of other clients on the server. We will allow you to obtain your files, but the server will need to be closely watched during this window of time. Expect a response from our abuse and security team within the next few hours.

Hear hear! I'm one of the other customers and was dramatically impacted by these heavy hog users who don't understand the concept of playing along nicely with their neighbors. I'm happy they are suspended. They shouldn't be hosting mission critical for-profit website on this $1 promo deal anyhow.
