Cpanel Reset Password Doesn't Work

On the CPanel login screen there is a reset password option. When I use this option, I never get an email with a password. Could this be fixed? I stupidly misplaced my password (made up a good, random password, but my machine crashed before I saved it). Thanks,

If you need your password reset, please submit a ticket to the help desk from your contact email on file. The cpanel password reset feature should be disabled by default on all of our servers because of security problems with it in the past.
