All has been running smoothly for several months now. Why is the site down now? Thanks, Tom K. |

I can't access your site either, which usually rules out issues on your end, unless we just happen to be on the same ISP.
You should file a ticket at the help desk. this is just a user-to-user support forum, so we can't really help when a server is down. http://desk.surpasshosting.com

I'm on SH97 and my site's down too. I submitted a ticket this morning and it has supposedly be forwarded to level 3 support, so we shall see what happens. This is about the fourth time I've had this very same problem and BIND always seems to be the culprit.

Tom - those photos are beautiful, one almost made me cry to be honest.
I am looking in SH97 now - I will update the SH97 thread with what I find.
