Hello,

I can't access my domain kachii.com, yet other people can. I have checked my hosts file, restarted my computer, reset router and flushed my DNS and it still won't load for me on any computers in my network. It seems to be my bad luck, but is there anything else I can try?

The DNS was recently set up and it seemed to work for me, then about 20 minutes later it just went kaput over my network.

DNS lookup looks fine...

How bout a traceroute from your network...?

Doesn't hop past my router, so I figure there lies the problem but I've removed all firewall protection and done a hard and soft reset to no avail.

All other websites work fine. At least, any that I've tried.

Have you tried a flushdns?

From windows command line:

ipconfig /flushdns


Edit: Disregard.. Just reread your first post... you flushed dns already....

How about bypassing your router and going direct to your cable/dsl from your PC?

Or an nslookup from windows command line.

I can't bypass the router, it acts as a modem and I'm not sure you can disable the router functionality from it and just use it as a modem. I have no other cable modems around the house.

I just spoke to support, and apparently my IP was being blocked by the server. O_o

All fixed now though, thanks anyway

Good deal. There were some DDOS attacks in the last few weeks, and some IP ranges got blocked at the Surpass firewall...
