If your on a shared server then start a new topic in the shared server forum and put your server name in the subject. Then if there are any other users on that same server that are also having problems they will respond there.

As far as support, sometimes it takes a little while to find out what person on your server is causing the over load.
Also there is a topic in the announcements forum a day or two ago about a massive attack on Surpass so it could have been that.

Maybe the problem is that I live in a different timezone than yours and most of your clients are in U.S. which is exactly 12 hours (or 14 hours) different from the place where I am. Hence, they don't experience these downtime because this normally happens during your off-peak hours - wee hours in the morning or early in the morning U.S. time.

Like me, I am very unhappy with Surpass. I thought everything will be ok now because for 2 weeks straight I didnt encounter this NS problem (that is causing downtime to the server). But I was wrong. It happened again - just now. And my site is still down right now.

I know you posted this an hour ago from now, but the server is operating very fast right now. I am trying to see what could have happened earlier when you experienced a problem.

are you a Surpass staff? If so, yeah, it has been fixed just now. Thank you for fixing it though I waited for roughly 2 hours or more, at least now it's back up again.

What happened? Is this related again to server load?

I hope SH120 is not overloaded lest it will frequently experience downtime.

Thanks Dan. I didnt know about the color legends.

Anyway SH120 is again down The same reason again. NS is failing. I believe this is because of the high server load.

This server is frequently using a very high server load / overloaded. Can you please transfer my account to other server that is not overloaded?

I think it's inevitable that server will go down from time to time.

Even in the hospital setting (in the intensive care unit and emergency room), the computer server goes down once in a while.

I work in a large hospital in a major US city, and I know this from first-hand experience.

Computers aren't 100% reliable, and human/user errors add to the mix.

As long as my site is up more than 99% of the time (which it is), I have no complaint.
