Yes. Now it's the SOA that is failing

SOA FAILSOA recordERROR: None of your nameservers returned your SOA record. They are likely all down or unreachable.
Can this be fixed asap?

I work in a large hospital in a major US city, and I know this from first-hand experience.

Computers aren't 100% reliable, and human/user errors add to the mix.

As long as my site is up more than 99% of the time (which it is), I have no complaint.

From time to time means once a month or twice a month, yes. But weekly or bi-weekly? Added to that a casual intermittent connection to the server? I do not think you can call it reliable.

If i have a business continuance, Im sure im pretty out of the business already.
