SH65 Dead?

Anyone else on this server having problems, or is it just me? My entire account is completely dead, resulting in Page Not Found errors, and mail and FTP is also shot. I've submitted a ticket to support.

I can't ping your domain name, it does not resolve for me. I can ping sh65.surpasshosting.com though.

Sounds like the DNS server/service is down on it. I'd just wait for support to have a look at it.

I tried pinging another domain that is supposedly on it and it would not resolve either.

Support got back to me and said it's a known issue and it's being worked on, sounds like you're right about the DNS. I can access the site just fine using http://sh65.surpasshosting.com/~username.

Still toast... Having my email dead is starting to be a problem.

If I ask support, via the ticket, to move my account as quickly as possible to a different server, would they?

Just an update: Right as I was about to reply to the ticket to ask to get moved to an unaffected server, everything came back online. Looks like all is well now.
