Where is theme changer? I don't see that anywhere in there?

Please open a ticket. An admin need to edit a setting in RvSkin to have the Theme Changer icon visable in Cpanel. (Show RVSkin change themes in x skin.)

No big deal. Not worth a ticket. I don't think I care really since I am used to the v10 skin anyway. I assume I'm not missing anything with the new skin. I was just wondering where this was because on my 2 servers I didn't see it. I don't know why it would be enabled on a few servers and not on others.
