Don't get on me man, just trying to point some things out that you may or may not know. I'm not staff or Surpass, just a fellow customer. A lot of people are quick to point the blame, but it's best to find out what actually happened.

Like I mentioned, if it was a full server vulnerability, you would probably see a lot more than what was done, a lot more people here wondering what happened.

I've had no problems myself with help desk passwords. Perhaps it is something you are doing. Are you logging in first every time you submit a support ticket or reply?

You're welcome to disagree, but there's no need to resort to swearing and name calling in the forums. We're going to look into what happened with this account, and update cerjamz's ticket once there is more information.

Okay, fine, I will be civil for a moment. Instead of rambling on about forum versions and tickets, why don't you guys look for how the access logs happened to disappear. And yes, this site could be a specific target, because it's a technology related forum, with some very opinionated users.
