more information, yay for me. How about you get me what i asked for, that'd be nice. Or maybe some access logs so i can deal with this myself since obviously you're not much into helping customers!

Hey that is way uncalled for. Kayla is a person, and one of the nicest people I know. I can't believe you would personally attack a person that you don't even know. That's libel (since it's posted here in a permanent form), and you can really be sued for it.

Permanent huh? I'd say you ruined any chances of court-worthy evidence when you edited the post before any third party archival program had a chance to index it.

Ok, let's get back on track here. Like I said before, we've got some of our senior techs looking into the issue... they'll update your ticket as soon as we find out more about what happened.
