Use the "forgot password" option to recover your password.

If you don't enter a password, or enter a single character in the "password" box after it asks for your server account, firefox and IE7 will ask if you want to update your password for the (youremailyourdomain.com) account (the helpdesk account). I hate that, but it's a function of the Kayko helpdesk that they use here. So, when that popup happens, choose NO.

Forgot password gives me a pw that does not work. It's damn well justified, as i cannot contact these idiots without a TICKET ACCOUNT~!

So as i said before, someone fix the account.

I don't know how you were using your account an hour ago and now can't get in anymore. I just manually reset your password and emailed it to your AOL account.

everyone watch out! pissed off fresh surpasser on the move!

cerjam, chill out, nobody else is having problems with their desk accounts or surpass accounts.

I know you well enough to say that in 20 minutes or so you're going to slap yourself on the forehead and say "man im an idiot! i typed the password wrong!" or something stupid like that. Then it'll be "Man! I knew i shouldnt have clicked that button! Deleted my whole damn site! Oh well, BLAME SURPASS!!!!"
