Unhappy Bee server is VERY slow this morning!

I've been trying to access my sites and e-mail and the system is very slow, many times Firefox is saying it cannot connect.

Is there a problem? Also I thought I was getting a new cPanel, but it looks the same. I just have lots of extra steps to get into the e-mail now.

Load average is very low on this server, and your site (www.4specialtygifts.com) loads up instantly for me. Are you still having problems with this account?
