anybody else down again?

and the surpassers.. isnt there anything that can be done about this?
ive been offline for the majority of the past 3 weeks and submitting and replying to tickets more than ive actually been online with my site. i havent even been able to receive/check email the majority of the time and it really sucks considering i work as a freelance designer.
i really like surpass but this is starting to go beyond being annoying

Hello,

We are also currently keeping a very close eye on Dior as it was recently installed onto new hardware and showing some stability problems. We will post updates as they happen.

Thanks

Anyone that has experienced extended periods of downtime feel free to open a ticket in the helpdesk and request to speak with Management for downtime credits and monitoring assistance for the future.
Thank you for your years of years being with us, we will do whatever it takes to move forward from these intermittent issues.

2 weeks have passed and there is still way too much downtime. Right now it's down AGAIN!? I've made about 7 tickets in the past 2 months and am being told the same thing over and over. The server needed to be rebooted and issues alike.

Things like these never used to happen?

Where can I request being moved onto a different server? This needs to be fixed really.
