Dior?

i was wondering who else here is on Dior and if they've been experiencing a lot of downtime lately too? ive been making support tickets weekly now it seems and the response always seems to be that something is/was wrong with the server (ie. i cant view my site's stats as they are low priority and those resources are being used for other things according to support).

is Dior still a stable server? ive never had problems with Surpass for YEARS but this is getting quite annoying so I was wondering if other people are experiencing this too or if it's just me.

This box is going down shortly for a hardware upgrade. That should fix the problems you've been having...

Can't upgrade RAM without taking it down.

I'm on the Dior server and the darn thing is constantly unstable. First the server is up and then it's down...in fact I think it's been down at least once every day. What's going on here?!?!
