SH114 changes?

Hello everyone,

I am currently on SH 114 and today, I realised that one of my scripts I've been using has not been working on my sites.

I was wondering if this was a error from Surpass or something because I think it has something to do with the 'paths' to headers and footers, either that or it's a mysql error?

It has been working since I moved to Surpass and it was just today that this is happening =/

Edit: I am getting these errors from my error log:

I assume it's the server.

I'm on this server as well and a few of my scripts are not currently working which were before. I hope whatever is up is resolved soon.
