What happened?

I paid my bill for the current month and now my site is offline? As if it's been deleted AGAIN... http://these-words.org Sigh, this is the second time this has happened. Seriously, considering leaving Surpass Hosting

I submitted a ticket to support already - waiting to hear back at the moment. Wasn't sure if anyone else was having problems or not? It was there when I left this morning and now it's gone, sigh!

This doesn't seem to have anything to do with your bill. There are a bunch of domains on this server that aren't working right now. We are working on it and will be fixed shortly.

but your data isn't lost :P

Is the server having problems again or is it offline? It worked just 2 hours ago now its not.
