I set up an account for my daughter during the BOGOF promo a while back. I gave the freebie to my boyfriend, and he finally got signed up about a week and a half ago. He got the Welcome email, but never got the account set up info. Now we cannot find the Welcome email, and the user name that was assigned was really goofy, so neither of us can remember it. What other information can I give to support so they can find the order and process it?
(Week and a half ... no current promo ... still not set up. My love/hate relationship with Surpass knows no bounds ... ) |

I'm kinda confused.. you received the welcome e-mail that had the username but not any other information?
All we need to find the account is the domain that he signed up with. Accounts are created on the server automatically after everything is verified and activated so if there was an error with the process there's no reason to wait a week and a half to come notify us about it.

Can you please submit a ticket to the Sales department documenting this and also if you could provide us with your main domain as well as the domain that you used to sign up for the promo account I will do my best to have this situation rectified.
