Sites Suspended and I PAID!
I am going to say this might of been an error on billings part to charge me again or never clear the invoice but right now I am deeply upset I have been with surpass for a few years and always paid on time or right when the invoice was out so a few days before Due Date . I go to my email today to check i have 3 notices and I haven't been around to check till now and I'm like ok wow I paid on Sept. 27th which I have the Paypal thing to prove it and even the item on paypal matches up to the one that surpass claims I didn't pay. I submitted a ticket but Really I don't have all day to wait for this issue to be fixed it's embaressing that my sites say suspended when I paid the bill .

You don't have to wait all day -- sales or accounting should get back to you pretty quickly to get this worked out.
