FTP and Site Down

I'm sure there are many reasons, but my FTP and my ste are not working. My site won't show in any browser and I had no prior trouble, and my FTP is not working too well. I would imagine that it could be something on the server my site is on or maybe changes taking place? I hope that's what it is.

what's the domain name and/or a ticket id if you submitted one

Have you tried submitting a ticket? I'd look into this for you here, but you didn't provide us with a domain name or server name, so ...

I just submitted one, the domain is november-girl.com I was still in the process of finishing it up when it happend.
