Account Information e-mail not recieved

Hello,

I signed up for a shared hosting plan on Octeober the 12th and have not yet recieved my account information e-mail.

Please send this to me as soon as possible as I need to get my new website up and running.

Please submit a ticket to sales using http://desk.surpasshosting.com and they'll get it taken care of for you.

I can't do that because in order to submit a help desk ticket I need my user name and password which are in the account info e-mail (which I haven't recieved)

You do not have to have an account to put in a support ticket.

Hi,

You do not need to login to the helpdesk to send a ticket, it can be done without logging in. The helpdesk is also seperate from other account information.

So here is the reply:

I signed up for the Power plan billed yearly ($60) and for the domain name transfer.

I recieved the information e-mails about the domain name transfer, but nothing about the hosting package (including the account info.)
