Getting PHP updated

How do we go about putting in a request for an updated version of PHP?

The PHP running on my server (opti) is only version 5.0.5 and there have been several version updates to get to the current 5.2.4. A few functions that I'm wanting to use in my scripts aren't working because they have not been implemented yet in the version running on my server.

Thanks

I would send a ticket to support. I'm not sure what version they can upgrade you to but it wont hurt to check

Support can definitely get it upgraded -- that version is way too old. Please send a ticket and they'll take care of it for you..
