A question regarding PHPmyadmin and shared hosting
I want to let someone use a directory on my site to run their own.
is there anyway to give them phpmyadmin privileges specifically to their SQL DB?

Yes, you could install a separate instance of PHPmyadmin. Or you could use a desktop sql manager like Sqlyog.

How do I install a seperate instance of PHPMYadmin?
Do I just download it from their site and upload it to a seperate folder under public_html ?
