SH110 and SH106 are terrible - Page 2

Yeah it got fixed by support.

It'd be a lot better if there was live support, so I could talk to people as the problem is happening so they could see it themselves.

Okay, this is getting f'in ridiculous...

All my sites on SH110 are no longer working except for the main account site... and I can't get into cpanel/ftp

http://www.themarxistnazi.com/cpanel - forbidden? Wtf?
(Don't mind the domain, it has nothing to do with real nazism)

http://www.celebritytank.com/ - no longer working
http://www.jamesrelyea.com/ - no longer working

Im on the same server and i have the exact same problem, but not even my main account is not working..

so its necesssary to send aticket to get this fix?

Well they fixed my sites.

But just now as I'm working on stuff, all my sites are down... again. 500 Internal Server Error..

My mail servers have been down for a while as well...

I give up. Time to find a new host.

tuffy can you get in to your cpanel ?? I have some experiance in this perhaps I can help you maybe explain this I am not affiliated with surpass.. just a nice person I guess .. it sounds like something different .. and are you not able to email any one ???

FTP accounts aren't working.
Mail server is down.
CPanel can't be accessed.

I submitted a ticket, but seriously, I expect downtime every now and then, but this is just ridiculous. I've probably submitted two dozen tickets concerning downtime issues.

I have that problem too, the last days have been too bad for my sites

i can access to the cpanel and to my maiin domain, but i cant see my other domains/sites on the same account

i have same misconfiguration of 500 error on the other domains

It's not even downtime really... it's just terrible server management. I'd get a dedicated and manage it myself but the cost is too much for my needs.
