Anything yet? My sites been down for what 2 days now, its ridiculous I know everyone is doing all they can but I am going to loose my visitors this way

I really don't want that.

Daniel and Paul and the rest of the NOC staff have been working on SH110 the entire weekend. They're going to post an update for you guys shortly, probably within the next couple of hours.

Yea i know i have the same problem, but at least we have to thank to the surpass people cause they explain the problem and its totally understandable i just hope everything gets well soon!
I am telling u this, cause i remember in the old host service I use to have, my website came down for a month and they didnt say anything...
lets expect that this get better for now....

Would make a lot more sense to at least setup everyone's accounts on a temporary server so you could at allow people to put up a page on their sites letting their visitors know there has been some hardware issues... instead of having everyone's sites offline.

yeah that can be a kind solution... but move all the files

that is a heck of a work,..! i think it can take more than just hours...
lets hope they solve this soon!

13 HOURS since the last update whats up its way past the time it was said the sites would be back up

its been 3 days now I've had all the patience I could possibly have, I had big updates planned this weekend and all this happened I feel like crying now when its back up I gotta work 3 times as harder if not more to catch up considering the actress I have a site on premieres on something tonight but now I wont be able to be first to update, I am NOT happy
