Unhappy SH110 and SH106 are terrible

httpd and pop servers constantly going down and ridiculous cpu loads on both of my accounts (sh110 and sh106) is really starting to annoy me.

i have to submit tickets almost every week and the problems are happening over and over and over.

anyone else enduring this shit? looks like my run with surpass is starting to come to end.

Have you asked to speak with a Manager in your helpdesk tickets if your situation is not being resolved to your satisfaction?
Please give us a chance to resolve your issues
Thank you

Tuffy, can you please provide me with one of your ticket IDs so that I can look up the rest and see what might be the cause of all the persistent issues. Ill do what I can to rectify the situation.

Well it's not even a problem that gets fixed by someone, the servers usually go up again by themselves, and then back down, all seemingly randomly. Sometimes by the time the support gets my ticket, the servers are up so they say that nothing is wrong, then they go down hours later again.

At this moment, both servers are very normal and operating fine. I am looking at the logs and don't see anything obvious about why you would notice these problems.

I am opening two ssh windows for both servers right now and will monitor throughout the night to see if I can catch when/why the load goes up on either.

Blargh...

Now it takes me like 25 seconds to upload a file on SH110 for some reason even if it's only like 2kb. Not fun when I have to upload like 300 files.

Oh look, mail server is hanging again, hooray.
