Rapidly losing patience

Three days ago, I first encountered problems with my FTP. I'm on SH129 and it's a fairly new account. But, I've been a happy costumer for a long time as I have a reseller. My reseller acount rarely has problems but ever since I purchased this shared account, nothing but trouble has happened.

I can't upload. First the server just timed out and it would stop. This happened both in DW and in Filezilla. I submitted a ticket and first 24 hours later they support guys had a solution.

Um... no.

Now I can't upload anything. At all. Not even a .jpg at 12KB. They told me they had added a php.ini file and that my max upload filesize was now 300mb (it makes no sense since I can't even upload a tiny file). Which, sorry about my language, sucks. I have files that are much bigger than that on the server and now I can't upload the files I want to, or even download them through FTP. I am one step away from taking my business elsewhere, cause this... this is fucked up.

It has never been a problem before to upload big files, and the day before the problems started, things very perfectly normal. Then the trouble start and now I have limits on how much I can upload in one go? Plus only a 1000 files can be on my site? Seriously not fine.

And now, their solution, is causing my entire FTP problem. Isn't it supposed to be the other way around? I can't upload anything, I can't download anything and... no one's responding to my tickets anymore. I am fed up. Fix it or I'm leaving.

Whats your FTP log look like. Any error messages? This usually gives more detail into the error or would show the causes.

Go check the quota for your FTP accounts in CPanel

Hmm... did you recently up your disk quota?

Disk quotas for user dudeyouf (uid 32015):

I'm running a script to fix and check disk quotas either way.
