Thanks again for the explanations Bigjohn. I am getting the admin that manages the sub-domain to give me the list of what he cannot access and will forward those to Surpass to check the permissions/ownership.
MikeK, any luck on finding out the root cause of all these problems? |

Got a partial response today; looks like the sub-domain issue was permissions. Getting the admin to test that out now. Still don't know the underlying issues on the open tickets:

You as the host can check as well. All directories should be 755, and all files should be 644. Some FTP programs will even reveal the 'owner' - and that is often where the issue falls.
The missing messages may be forever gone, unfortunately.
