account suspension is really panic. at least 24hrs period should be given for prior notification.

Have you filed a ticket yet?

When an account is suspended without notice, it is usually because leaving the account active would have caused all of the other customers on the server to be affected.

Make sure you file a ticket, they will tell you what happened, and what needs to be done. Your data is not lost, just inaccessible at the moment. http://desk.surpasshosting.com

we apologize if you were inconvenienced. have you made sure to check the main email address that you had on file as we send out detailed reasons for suspensions (if due to abuse) to the main email address.

Some accounts need to be suspended immediately if serious problems are being caused. It's unfortunate for the user whose site is being suspended -- however, if this action were not taken, it's quite possible that one user's abusive usage will make over 100 users unhappy, because their sites have to suffer.
