I'm fairly new, registered slightly over a day ago and received my email with domain/hosting info and all. I could access my domain and uploaded files through cPanel and FTP for awhile... then I was disconnected, and I haven't been able to reconnect for quite a while.

Is the server just down or something...?

No webaddress makes it hard to help. But as I'm on SH130 myself, I can tell you that the server is up and running just fine and I can access cPanel, FTP and my website.

I experienced slow loading or stalled cPanel, only problem is I don't remember which server it was on, it was late last night or in the wee hours of this morning.

I didn't submit a ticket as it was not long.

It's been hours, and I still can't access the cPanel or FTP at all. :/ I tried to login to submit a ticket and it told me that my email was not registered instead. >_>;

When you email support it sets up your account on the help desk with the email address you use.

I also have a shared site on SH130 - it has been up and down repeatedly for the last few days. At the moment I cannot access any content on it.

I've been watching sh130 since about 1PM today, and have not noticed any issues with it. I just logged into WHM and was able to successfully access over 20 sites hosted on this server.
