Hey...I'm new to the whole Surpass community, I was browsing for hosting and a friend told me about you guys. So I just purchased 1 month? of Surpass hosting, which costed 3 dollars and something cents for the days of this month I'm supposing...do I have to manually pay monthly or is it automatically charged from my Paypal? Anyway, I'm still waiting my 24 to 48 hours for the hosting information.

With our new billing system, payments are automatically charged to your account. You are able to manage them though, by logging into the client area for billing.

Also Rey, You will get a prorated invoice until the 1st of the month as our dates are all due to renew on the first. Once that is done, 5 days prior you will receive your invoice for which you can pay either by credit card or paypal.

What happens if it's late? Any late fee's? Cancellation?

If not dedicated, then your account will be suspended. But of course, notices will be sent first so you know ahead of time.

Hey. I'm having trouble, where should I post this at? Well I'll show you what I'm talking about meanwhile:

When I open PHPMYADMIN I get an error:

Cannot start session without errors, please check errors given in your PHP and/or webserver log file and configure your PHP installation properly.

That's not an error caused by me right? Lol

Also having trouble with Fantastico De Luxe, everything shows up in errors >;(
