MrsJLH, I hope nothing is wrong.. at this point please open a ticket in the accounting division just to ask for a heads up... because I am pretty sure all info was sent already for accounts ordered on the 15th exactly.

When I go to the desk to open a ticket, it tells me that my e-mail pswd combination (that worked when I went to this link to look up information) is invalid.

Now I'm stumped.

EDIT: Scratch that. I hit a wrong button typing in the pswd. Works now. Opening ticket! Thanks!

Just ignore that login box. Click to submit a ticket, choose the department, and write your ticket. If you ignore the login box it will submit the ticket.

You don't need to enter a username and password to submit a ticket -- you can go ahead and skip all of that ...

the help desk and your billing panel are two separate logins. You will have to create a new one for the help desk. =)

I received an initial response that someone would be looking into the delay shortly after I opened the ticket yesterday (with Accounting) but have not heard back.

Now I'm just kind of bummed as I near 72 hours with no info on my site, especially seeing as how I've already paid.

Ah, patience at Christmas time. Must remember to be patient.
