i signed up for the holiday special

i got my account info but i think they deleted my accounts? i tried to sign in to pay the bill but it said my email doesn't exisit so i re-signed up. hope to hear from them soon. i submitted a ticket =]

I was charged the proper amount at checkout but I haven't rec'd any info about my site being authenticated and set up yet. My guess is that they are slammed right now... yes?

How long have you been waiting? It takes up to 24-48 hours to authenticate client information.

I'm nearing in on 48 hours now. December 15th at 6:54pm was my last e-mail from Surpass, stating that my payment was processed and applied. I'm not overly worried because delays happen with awesome sales like this but I get antsy when it nears the later edge of the predicted time.
