Renewing Hosting

Hi,
I bought some hosting on surpass two years ago so I have to log in using the old WHM AP sign-in page. Now, my hosting is up for re-newal now this month and on the WHM AP page there is no link indicating how I go about doing this which worked fine the past year because it was set to auto-renewal so it just charged to to the credit card details on file.

However, the credit card details has since changed so I need to update them but I can't see where I go to do this? Where do I log in to update my credit card details? I can't see a link for it and I must get them changed before it auto-renews and tries to charge the current defunct credit card that is on file.

Kind regards,

Ray Hogan

Submit a ticket to accounting -- they will get you moved over to Modernbill instead of our old WHM-AP setup. This should make it much easier to pay bills.

Whoop! I got it switched over to the new system.

Just a few more wee questions.

Is it possible to have to billed for the year instead of monthly?

It tells me the address in My Info has to match that of the credit-card. If the creditcard belongs to my Dad should I change my address in My Info to his address?

And lastly...

Since I bought my hosting two years ago the same package available is quite better (bigger HD space, bandwidth etc). Is there a way that I can upgrade to this without losing my current files?

Kind regards
(and thanks again!)

First question: Yes it is possible, submit a ticket to accounting for this.

Second question: Yes, change the address to match your father's

Last question: Yes, submit a ticket for this along with the first question and ask them that you would like your specs upgraded to the new version.
