Waiting on login/pass still.

I got moved to a new server last night and today and was given some info (was able to change the nameservers) but I can't access my cpanel or ftp with any of the passwords I have. Last contact I have with Support was over 8hrs ago.

I'd really like to be able to access my ftp and cpanel! *lol*

Were the passwords given to you the same as your old ones or new ones for the new server? Why not try your old ones?

I've tried my old ones that i've ever had. I was given new account info that had the new namservers and ip, etc., but the password part said HIDDEN.

Last email I got on the new server ticket was to "please hold on for next update" at 5am ATL.
