What browser are you using?

Also are you logging in at desk.surpasshosting.com when you are replying/creating tickets?

Can you copy/paste the ticket that you're trying to submit? I have a pretty good idea of what's causing you to get blocked.

You are really stupid to assume that that's what I was referring to. I was actually looking into a mod_security ruleset that may have been causing some responses to be rejected -- I thought that your message might have included some code that set it off, so I wanted to make sure that our filters weren't at fault here.

Wow i've just been called stupid my a Surpass staff. Just another proof that your Support SUCKS! I work as a Customer Service rep at a major retailer and I would NEVER call a customer stupid even if they called me stupid.
